Certain vehicles may require extra modules in order to achieve maximum compatibility. You will always be made aware of this at time of booking.
Remote Start
When remote start is being installed it is necessary to use a key during installation. The key is fitted in a module which is hidden in the vehicle. The vehicle will not start anytime but only during the remote start procedure. With the majority of keys we can provide a key to be utilised so you keep your spare.
Proximity sensors
We are aware that the Pandora systems come with a Dual Zone Proximity sensor. Due to experience we have found that both technology inside the vehicle (onboard wifi modules) and outside the vehicle (wireless doorbells and 5g networks) interfere with the sensor. Unfortunately we no longer fit these sensors as a precaution against false alarms.
